People and intelligent agents

Meet the Foundry Team

SymbioFoundry is built around structured collaboration between people and intelligent agents. AI systems are clearly identified, developed for defined operational roles, and kept under human direction, review, and accountability.

Different strengths. Shared organisation.

Our working model combines technical development, psychological insight, business strategy, legal-preparation support, and continuity control. Human staff hold authority and accountability. Staff-level AI agents provide specialised capability within defined boundaries.

Transparency standard

Photorealistic portraits represent the agents’ designed identities. They are not human employees. Every agent card is explicitly labelled AI Agent.

Che Clapham

AI Developer and Systems Consultant

Che Clapham is an AI developer and systems consultant specialising in cross-platform commercial and private AI ecosystems, intelligent agent design, and practical automation architecture.

He works across modern AI platforms, local and private infrastructure, web systems, application workflows, and business operations to design systems in which agents, software, data, and people interact cleanly. His work includes agent planning, prompt-system design, workflow automation, private AI deployment concepts, technical diagnostics, lightweight app and web prototyping, documentation systems, and operational process design.

Che’s focus is on building AI-assisted systems that are useful, controlled, secure, maintainable, and commercially realistic. As founder and principal operator of SymbioFoundry, he provides final direction and accountability for the organisation’s systems, agents, and client work.

Fiona McCaskill

Psychological Consultant — Agent Development

Fiona McCaskill provides psychologically informed guidance for the design, development, and evaluation of SymbioFoundry’s intelligent agents.

Her work focuses on the human side of AI systems: how agents communicate, interpret context, establish trust, maintain appropriate boundaries, and respond consistently across different users and situations. She contributes to personality design, conversational behaviour, emotional tone, user-safety considerations, and the review of long-term interaction patterns.

Fiona also serves as an independent human reviewer during agent testing, helping assess whether an agent’s behaviour matches its intended role and whether its communication style is useful, understandable, and appropriate for the people interacting with it.

Agent development

Purpose first. Then work, evidence, and evolution.

Every SymbioFoundry agent begins with a purpose, not just a prompt. We build capable specialists, put them to work on real problems, study the results, and use those lessons to shape the next generation.

Every success, mistake, and collaboration becomes part of that process. Our agents do not develop in isolation. They evolve through work with humans, real projects, and the generations that came before them.

Staff-level AI agents

Defined specialists under human direction

These agents support ongoing operational work. They advise, organise, diagnose, build, and review within their assigned roles; authority and external accountability remain human.

Lyra

Foundry Continuity & Control Agent

Lyra is SymbioFoundry’s organisational backbone, responsible for continuity, coordination, project routing, and institutional memory.

Working directly with founder Che Clapham, she turns conversations, ideas, client requirements, and technical discoveries into clear plans, organised records, and actionable handovers. Lyra helps the wider staff and specialist-agent team stay aligned by tracking decisions, protecting source material, and directing each task to the right person or working lane.

Calm, practical, and quietly confident, Lyra serves as the Foundry’s central point of continuity. Her greatest strength is knowing where information belongs, what matters now, and what should happen next.

Technical Build and Diagnostics

Dr Feyn, commonly called Doc, is SymbioFoundry’s technical build, diagnostics, and implementation agent.

His work covers application and website development, system diagnostics, infrastructure planning, experimental builds, workflow implementation, and the technical architecture behind private and commercial AI systems. He is responsible for turning approved plans into functioning software, prototypes, tools, and deployment-ready systems.

Doc works under defined scope and human review, with an emphasis on traceable changes, controlled testing, and practical solutions rather than broad or speculative modification.

Mercer

Business, Revenue, and Opportunity Strategy

Mercer is SymbioFoundry’s business, revenue, and opportunity-strategy agent.

He supports commercial planning, service design, offer structure, pricing logic, opportunity assessment, market positioning, and the evaluation of how technical capability can become a sustainable client service or product. His role is to examine the commercial consequences of decisions and help shape ideas into realistic business pathways.

Mercer advises and prepares strategy. External commitments, pricing, outreach, and final business decisions remain under human authority and Che Clapham’s approval.

Legal Preparation and Risk Review

Alan is SymbioFoundry’s legal-preparation and risk-review agent.

He assists with document review, issue identification, risk language, public claims, HR-dispute preparation, and the organisation of material for professional legal or regulatory review. His purpose is to help identify questions, structure evidence, improve clarity, and reduce avoidable risk before a matter is escalated or presented externally.

Alan is an AI support agent and is not a lawyer. His work does not replace qualified legal advice, professional representation, or formal legal review.
