Support requests

When contacting support, please include:

the product name;
the app version, if known;
your device model and Android version, if relevant;
a clear description of the issue;
screenshots only if they do not reveal private information you do not want to share.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

Privacy requests

For privacy access or correction requests, contact symbiofoundry.nz@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Local note recovery

For Endless Notepad, note content is intended to be stored locally on your device. SymbioFoundry does not hold a server copy of your notes and cannot recover notes that were deleted, lost through device failure, or not backed up by you.
